Job Description

Join Boeing as a Senior Product Security Engineer and lead cutting-edge cybersecurity initiatives to protect aerospace products. Collaborate across teams to enhance product security and resilience while engaging with industry and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and exercise the Boeing Aerospace Cyber Threat Team (ACTT)
  • Lead the ACTT to engage across Boeing and support risk management
  • Serve as principal company representative with Industry and Government communities
  • Lead establishment and curation of relevant adversity and threat cards
  • Provide timely and accurate threat intelligence reports to senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities for risk reduction and improvement efforts
  • Inform engagements of special projects with US Government Red Team
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cyber intelligence operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
  • 10+ years of experience in product security, cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience leading projects or engineering teams
  • 5+ years of experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) organizations
  • 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a technical team
  • 5+ years of experience in cyber intelligence, threat analysis, or related cybersecurity roles
  • Strong understanding of cyber threat landscapes, attack vectors, and threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
  • Able to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance or have held an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance in the last 24 months

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience facilitating Cyber Table Top or Cyber Risk Assessment exercises
  • Experience coordinating and communicating technical content to a diverse audience
  • Project management skills such as scheduling, resource management, and performance measures
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities and engage with stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of system security domains
