Key Responsibilities
Provide patient-oriented service in a clinical or front office setting
Communicate with patients to complete registration and verify insurance
Utilize computer systems for data entry and verification
Process referrals, pre-certifications, and insurance verifications
Collect patient co-pays and manage financial conversations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) including weekends
Ability to stand for most of the 8-hour shift
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Experience in a medical setting
Experience in insurance reimbursement and financial verification
Working knowledge of medical terminology
