Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of specialists and analysts
Monitor work queues, productivity, and time/attendance
Conduct team meetings, 1:1s, and performance reviews
Collaborate with other departments to resolve account issues
Participate in carrier calls and approve refunds/adjustments
Required Qualifications
3+ years in revenue cycle (billing, collections, managed care)
2+ years in a supervisory, lead, or preceptor role
Strong knowledge of insurance collections
Preferred Qualifications
UHC experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
HFMA or AAHAM certification
