Trufood Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the Total Rewards strategy. This pivotal role involves developing comprehensive benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee engagement across locations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligning with company goals
Design and manage competitive compensation structures
Evaluate benefits strategy considering various factors
Educate employees on total rewards offerings
Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
Conduct regular market analyses for competitive compensation practices
Support corporate employees with onboarding and employee relations
Lead leave of absence process ensuring compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Advanced knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of human resources management
High degree of emotional intelligence
Strong ability to prepare and present information clearly
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
