Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate and make a significant impact in the lives of New Yorkers. You'll work closely with clients and communities, developing action plans and providing essential resources and support.
Key Responsibilities
Function as a case planner to supply appropriate interventions for client care
Develop action plans utilizing existing and new community resources
Conduct home visits to evaluate clients' living conditions
Run groups under the supervision of a social worker
Provide case management and individual/group counseling
Perform community outreach and establish linkages with other organizations
Required Qualifications
BA Degree
Experience in a community or social service group or five years as a Case Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Haitian-Creole
