Job Description

Join Boeing as a Workday Resource & Operations Management Lead, where you'll play a vital role in managing resources for Workday projects and ensuring program success. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leadership and optimize operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the allocation and tracking of resources across Workday projects
  • Work with PMO team to resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Partner with Workday architect team to mitigate resource availability conflicts
  • Coordinate Workday skill tracking, certification updates, and training
  • Own the data accuracy in tools supporting HRIT/Workday function
  • Make recommendations for work process improvements and automation
  • Analyze reports on utilization metrics and monitor staff progress
  • Manage onboarding and administrative processes for contractors
  • Oversee 3rd party resource plans and delivery velocity
  • Partner with risk management and change management teams
  • Coordinate with Business Analyst teams and PMO teams
  • Monitor and track SLA adherence for incidents

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working functionality across the Workday HCM product suite
  • 5+ years of experience conveying complex information in business tools
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects to ensure timeline is met
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel queries and complex linked data
  • 5+ years of experience in managing global and complex Workday programs
  • 5+ years of experience in technology project management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Workday HCM certification
  • Active Workday Engagement Manager certification
  • Experience as a Workday Engagement Manager
