Key Responsibilities

  • Provide spiritual care support and guidance that honors the patient’s beliefs and values
  • Work with the care team to develop, implement, and supervise the spiritual needs of patients and families

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting
  • Experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death, and dying
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services
