Description
Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Designer to join our clients Advertising team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and assembling weekly print and/or digital advertisements using provided assets, layouts, and pricing information. This position requires a strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and the ability to deliver error-free work on tight deadlines. Your accuracy and attention to detail will directly impact brand perception, customer experience, and company revenue.
This role is hybrid in Woonsocket, RI 2 days per week. Please only local candidates apply. The pay rate for this role is $24hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and execute weekly advertising plans, including ad blocks, pricing, copy, themes, and regional variations (Versioning and Zoning)
- Build layouts using Adobe InDesign that adhere to brand standards and advertising guidelines
- Ensure all advertising materials are accurate, visually consistent, and submitted on time
- Identify and troubleshoot potential ad issues that could impact customer satisfaction or result in reprints, margin loss, or brand damage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative to ensure alignment and accuracy
- Maintain organized file structures and documentation for each advertising cycle
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of creative experience in advertising, marketing, or design production
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interactive Design, Fine Arts, or related field—or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign ; familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
- Strong understanding of layout principles, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to error-free work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with high-volume retail or circular advertising production
- Working knowledge of versioning/zoning practices in regionalized advertising
- Experience with workflow tools or project management systems a plus
