Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above for PA
  • Master's or doctoral degree in nursing for NP
  • Licensure as a PA in California
  • Licensure as an RN in California
  • Certification as a PA by NCCPA
  • Certification as an NP in California
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • DEA license for controlled substances (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional board certification(s) in relevant specialties
