Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary business information responsibly
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Interact with customers using video communication software
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Promote Intuit's operating values during customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
Willingness to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days
