Job Description
Join Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center as a PRN Physical Therapist and make a meaningful impact on residents' lives. You will evaluate and treat residents to enhance their mobility and independence while working collaboratively in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical abilities and needs
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions including exercises and manual therapy
Monitor residents’ progress and modify therapy plans as needed
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Educate residents and families on therapy goals and exercises
Document evaluations and treatment sessions in compliance with standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Doctorate or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible PRN schedule
