Job Description
Join American Senior Communities as a Clinical Dietitian Assistant and support individualized nutrition care for seniors. Collaborate with Registered Dietitians and interdisciplinary teams to promote high-quality nutrition services, while gaining valuable experience in a rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian to support residents’ nutrition goals
Complete required nutrition documentation to support care planning
Work cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care
Conduct meal observations and interview staff/residents to ensure meals meet dietary needs
Assist with documentation and follow-up related to residents’ nutrition services
Help promote high-quality, resident-centered nutrition care
Required Qualifications
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
Diet Technician (DTR)
BS in Nutrition or other health related degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with nutrition documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Interest in working in long-term care or clinical nutrition
