Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive outreach
Assist customers with account openings and service requests
Develop understanding of bank products to meet customer needs
Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners
Maintain cash drawer and handle cash transactions
Required Qualifications
6+ months of interacting with customers experience
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
Experience proactively engaging with customers via phone or email
Ability to educate customers about mobile banking options
Experience working with teams to meet customer needs
Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
Integrity and professionalism in customer interactions
Relevant military experience in personnel benefits management or human resources
Proficient in sourcing and maintaining customer relationships
