Job Description

Join Spectrum Community Solutions as an Account Executive to drive sales success in multiple dwelling unit properties. Your expertise in negotiation and sales strategy will be key to enhancing customer experiences and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement innovative sales strategies to secure services in MDU properties
  • Develop strategic sales presentations for long-term R.O.E agreements
  • Exceed quarterly revenue sales quotas across all products
  • Build consultative relationships with high-level clientele
  • Negotiate competitive MDU sales agreements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Up to 1+ year(s) of strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • Up to 1+ year(s) of experience navigating long sales cycles
  • Proven negotiation skills and contract proposal/review experience
  • Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN technologies, and fiber-connected networks
  • Detail-oriented for accurate forecasting and tracking customer interactions
  • Effective communicator via phone, email, and WebEx
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and efficiency within deadlines
  • Adaptable communication style
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Automated reporting and analysis application
  • Recent experience negotiating long-term R.O.E agreements with MDU
  • Familiarity with the cable industry
