Job Description
Join KinderCare as a Site Director where you'll inspire children and educators while ensuring high-quality educational standards. Lead a dedicated team to create engaging learning experiences and build strong relationships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure site operates effectively and meets safety and educational standards
Partner with parents for child care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English
