Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you will be the vital first point of contact for clients seeking outpatient services. Utilize your customer service skills to manage appointments, communicate effectively with clients and staff, and ensure a smooth operational flow within the clinics. Make a meaningful impact in the community by helping individuals receive the care they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering, returning, and screening calls/requests
  • Collecting and scanning documentation and co-pays
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients
  • Documenting service provided in client charts
  • Managing client interactions both in-person and over the phone
  • Communicating with clinic staff and clients regarding appointments and services
  • Performing data entry and routine office administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience
  • Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Significant experience in customer service
