Key Responsibilities
Champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations
Support the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
Perform Floor Leader role to ensure a great customer experience
Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities
Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM
Peer coach team on behaviors to enhance customer service
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience selling retail products or services
Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs
Effective communication skills and organization
Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
Manage conflict in a reasonable and non-confrontational manner
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range
