Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator and be part of a rapidly growing leader in high-quality collision repair. You will educate customers, manage repair processes, and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repairs ensuring quality standards
Keep customers informed about vehicle status
Review data procedures with Body Technicians
Handle disbursement paperwork and address exceptions
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
