JOB: ICU Start Date: 10/20 Start Dates are not flexible. 100-mile radius rule Epic EMR proficiency required - must have experience within the last two years. No 48-hour guarantees. No blocked scheduling requests. No more than 5 days of RTO. (must work 2 of 3 holidays | Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
