Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluates patients and establishes individualized, measurable goals.
  • Conducts treatments with appropriate therapeutic techniques.
  • Educates patients and families on home exercise programs.
  • Documents in accordance with insurance guidelines.
  • Participates in interdisciplinary approaches for clinical education.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
  • Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic personal computer skills in Windows based programs.
  • Access to reliable transportation to travel between multiple work sites.
