Key Responsibilities
Perform all duties to maintain general cleanliness and safety in the store
Provide excellent maintenance service
Perform daily and weekly maintenance tasks
Support teams with cleaning projects
Participate in ordering supplies for store maintenance
Help with cleaning emergencies
Maintain store landscaping and parking lot
Perform continual cleaning of all store departments
Report safety hazards and violations immediately
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Ability to handle unpleasant tasks with a positive attitude
Demonstrates concern for the overall appearance of the store
Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
Demonstrates a passion for cleanliness
Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures

Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner
Effective time management and organization skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
