Registered Nurse – Emergency Room - Travel - (ER RN)

Pay Rate: $2267.16 - $2498.50
ER RN MUST have STRONG ER experience, MUST have ER travel experience **Please only send pre-closed candidates that can accept if offered and honor the contract
ORIENTATION DATE: 12/2 or 12/16 ONLY not earlier and not later 13 Weeks • SHIFT: 12 hours rotating 5a-5p/7a-7p/9a-9p/10a-10p/11a-11p/1p-1a WILL WORK EACH and EVERY ONE of the shifts listed) ****REQUIRED: CA lic BLS and ACLS (AHA only), PALS (AHA only) or ENPC, NIHSS, 2+ yrs of recent ER exp, superior references, travel exp is required, EPIC exp is required! **STRONGLY preferred CEN, TNCC, 3-5 yrs of exp, some Trauma experience and Pediatrics experience ***NOTES to help find the right professional this ED ave daily census is 190-200 patients, discharged patient turnover is VERY fast, can hold inpatient admissions at times, travelers do triage ambulance patients at the bedside • Nurses need to be able to critically think and manage a fast paced environment • The patient demographic / population is generally well educated and are well informed, (patients are vocal about sub standard care) ***patient experience and nursing excellence is a a MAJOR focus • EPIC experience is REQUIRED - work history MUST state where they have used EPIC
Required Qualifications
RTO UPON SUBMISSION (will not be granted if asked after the offer is presented)
Licenses: RN-CA
Certifications: ACLS(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed); PALS(Copy Needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy Needed)
ER SCL and Reference within a year
Previous Travel Experience
Required: # of beds and trauma level noted after every facility listed in the work history (past three years)
Preferred Qualifications
TNCC, CEN
