Required Qualifications
DDS/DMD from a CDA-accredited dental education program
Completion of a CDA-accredited Oral Surgery Residency or substantial oral surgery experience
A valid dentistry license in the state of practice (or eligibility for licensure)
Necessary certifications: ACLS/BLS, DEA
