Key Responsibilities
Supervise food production activities and kitchen helpers
Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards
Conduct quality control checks according to HACCP regulations
Guide and develop subordinate employees
Participate in the development of food products and menus
Monitor material consumption and manage inventory
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in commercial cooking
Apprenticeship or Certification from culinary school
Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Good communication and organizational skills

Leadership skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
