Job Description
Join Citizens as a Private Client Relationship Manager to provide exceptional financial planning for affluent clients. Leverage your expertise to grow client relationships and collaborate with a dedicated team to meet clients' financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent clients
Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances
Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive engagements
Provide exceptional client experiences
Collaborate with Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 - 5 years of banking or wealth management experience
Experience working with affluent and high-net-worth clients
Minimum of two licenses: SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), Life and Health Insurance Licenses
Demonstrated success in a client-centric sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
Experience establishing relationships with clients and internal partners
