Key Responsibilities
Craft personalized wound, ostomy, and skin care plans
Educate patients and empower them to manage their care
Train and support nursing staff in best practices for wound and ostomy care
Lead quarterly Skin Prevalence studies
Provide ongoing support through the outpatient ostomy clinic
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Oregon Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Current certification in wound ostomy nursing (CWON) or obtain within 12 months of hire
2 years recent acute care nursing experience, preferably including wound and ostomy care
