Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and courteous service to customers
Look up parts application in catalogs or POS system
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist customers with technical questions
Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues
Take part in sales support functions and training
Ensure good appearance of store and displays
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to establish good relations with customers
Functionally literate with part numbers and line codes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ASE Parts Specialist certification
Knowledge of the local area
Ability to work retail hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TAMS point-of-sale system
Ability to process cash, check, and credit card transactions
Visually capable of recognizing letters and numbers
Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
Ability to lift and move parts up to 60 pounds
Ability to bend or stoop for shelf access
Ability to move heavy equipment with aids
