CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. About the facility: Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility is a 111-bed long-term care facility that provides transitional or long-term skilled nursing care. The facility provides care for the early stages of dementia.
A typical day includes:
Preparing residents for meals, serving, and collecting food trays and nourishments, and documenting intakes
Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal property, protecting from damage and assuring proper storage
Making rounds to assigned resident, accommodating resident needs
Ensuring safe, appropriate nursing care is administered and problems reported to the charge nurse for follow-up action

Licensure/Certification: Currently certified or agrees to enroll, attend, and pass C.NA course within 4 months of employment, BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR within 6 months of employment
Physical: Ability to stand for 90% of the day and sit for the remaining 10%
The position is Part Time, Nights 6:00p.m-6:00a.m
