Job Description
Join La Villa Grande Care Center as an Assistant Director of Nursing and lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care to our residents. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a growing company committed to excellence in senior living.
Key Responsibilities
Oversight and responsibility for daily operations of the clinical department
Hiring, training, and development of staff in conjunction with the leadership team
Work directly with residents to evaluate needs and services
Oversight of aides, nurses, and other care staff, delegating duties as needed
Other leadership duties as needed
Required Qualifications
Current Nursing license in the State
Experience in skilled nursing, Assisted Living, Geriatric Nursing or Gerontology and/or Dementia Care
Demonstrated ability in budgeting and cost control
Knowledge of service plans, medication management systems, infection control practices and safety procedures
Skills in promoting teamwork, leadership, team member empowerment, and responsiveness to residents
