Position Overview
The Client seeking a SICU/CCU Registered Nurse for a 6-week contract assignment. Candidates must be willing to float to Vineland and within their specialty. A minimum of 3 years of experience in ICU/CCU/SICU/MICU is required.

Schedule and Requirements

• Shift : Evening (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
• Scrub Color : Navy Blue
• Float Requirements : Within skillset at Vineland (ICU/SD); also float to Elmer ICU
• Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend
• On-Call Requirements : None

Certification/Licensure

• Current licensure with the New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
• American Heart Association BLS (required).
• American Heart Association ACLS (required).
• NIHSS certification (required).

First Day Instructions / Orientation
Failure to complete the full orientation will result in immediate termination—once scheduled, candidates do not have the option to reschedule any classes.

Candidates will receive an email directly from Inspira the Friday before their Monday start date. This email will include the following:

• Instructions for signing on to the Virtual Welcome meeting and completing the online HealthStream Module from Human Resources, available prior to 8:30 AM on Monday. The Monday GEO (General Employee Orientation) will be virtual and conducted from the candidate's own computer. All assigned modules must be completed by Monday, or the candidate will be removed from the orientation list.
• In-person class schedule (typically Tuesday–Thursday), held in multiple locations. The location may not be listed in the original email; candidates must use HealthStream to confirm the class location on the day of attendance.
  Please note: The POCT (Point-of-Care Testing) class is required but not held during orientation week.
• Unit-based orientation schedule from the unit manager.
• Badge ID Link with instructions on how to make an in-person appointment to receive the ID badge. Photo submissions are not permitted. This must be completed during orientation week, as the badge is required for clock-ins.
