Job Description

Join AFC as an Outside Sales Representative, where you'll leverage your customer-facing experience to drive financing solutions for independent auto dealers. Engage with clients, identify growth opportunities, and enhance relationships while being part of a passionate team dedicated to customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools
  • Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns
  • Manage accounts and enhance dealer growth through performance discussions
  • Service and mitigate risk on customer accounts
  • Drive new growth opportunities for existing accounts

Required Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to frequently travel 25-50% within the market
  • Desire to work in a multi-faceted environment managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to use and understand technology required for the position
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous auto industry experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
