Key Responsibilities
Initiate, plan, schedule and evaluate work activities and resources
Instruct and train team members in their duties and equipment use
Enforce and abide by safety standards and regulations
Coordinate work across multiple teams on joint projects
Schedule and assign active work orders and monitor staffing requirements
Develop work plans and cost estimates by analyzing tasks
Estimate costs of labor, materials, tools, and services
Ensure all work-related materials and labor are entered into the management system
Enforce departmental policies and safety rules
Supervise and participate in sign layout, design, and fabrication
Write specifications, orders, and maintain inventory
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
One (1) year of prior related work experience required
Preferred Qualifications
One (1) year of prior leadership experience preferred
