Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team , providing high-quality patient care across all Medical-Surgical and Step-Down units. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide competent, compassionate care to patients with conditions ranging from simple to complex.
• Float between all MS/SD areas within the facility.
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist physicians with procedures.
• Document patient care and update treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.

Requirements:

• RN License (Oklahoma or multistate compact)
• BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association)
• 1+ year RN experience, with MS & SD background
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
