Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening
  • Work with confidential customer information
  • Resolve issues on the first call with empathy and understanding
  • Communicate with customers regarding retention efforts
  • Assist customers with price plans and contract terms
  • Handle sensitive situations regarding healthcare needs

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
