Business Development Representative – Ardent Logistics
Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? As a Business Development Representative , you'll thrive in a fast-paced brokerage environment where you'll introduce and sell Ardent's suite of transportation and logistics services to shippers and customers of all sizes—from small businesses to global enterprises. With your portfolio and performance growing, you'll receive the tools and support needed to scale your success.
Competitive base salary ($50,000) + uncapped commission based on net revenue
Comprehensive in-house training and mentoring

Prospect and connect with customers and shippers to introduce Ardent's services
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Negotiate rates and service terms with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth freight execution
Basic computer proficiency
Willingness to work in-person at our Lehi, UT office
