Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders
Document findings on standardized evaluation form timely and accurately
Develop comprehensive treatment plans including goals and treatment modalities
Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges
Provide treatment to patients and modify as needed while adhering to precautions
Required Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist
Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA
Recognized by NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state
