Job Description

MRG Exams is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Provider to conduct assessments for Veterans' disability benefits. This role focuses on independent medical evaluations rather than traditional patient care, requiring proficiency in reviewing medical records and completing DBQ's efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform medical assessments on United States Veterans
Review medical health records through a secure Web Portal
Complete Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQ's)
Document exam findings needed by the VA
Review and assess an average of 4 Veterans per day

Required Qualifications

Current license as a Physiatrist
Board Certified in either Neurological Surgery, PM&R or Psychiatry and Neurology

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient at finding key data points within large electronic medical records
Skilled at time management
Typing skills
