Job Description
Join USAA as a Senior Manager of Fraud Analytics, where you'll shape the company's fraud strategy and lead a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies for fraud initiatives
Lead a team executing the fraud strategic plan
Monitor and adjust strategic plan based on environmental changes
Communicate and implement business strategy
Anticipate and recognize fraud trends
Oversee a team for recruiting, development, and performance management
Identify and control risks associated with business activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience
8 years of experience in financial crimes
3 years of direct team lead or management experience
Expert experience developing and implementing policies for fraud initiatives
Comprehensive understanding of business requirements and technology solutions
Knowledge of data analysis tools and SQL, SAS, BI tools
Extensive knowledge of bank laws and regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
US military experience or a military spouse/domestic partner
Over 5 years of experience designing and implementing fraud rules
Experience performing rules analysis and identifying outlier trends
