LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management Director for a travel nursing job in Greenbrae, California.
hiring a Care Coordination Manager for a day shift role. This is a 5x8-hour, Monday to Friday position, with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in discharge planning and utilization review, as well as acute inpatient case management leadership. Experience in a union environment is required. Candidates must hold ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications, have an active RN license, and be proficient in Epic EMR. Knowledge of perioperative compliance standards such as AORN, ASPAN, AAMI, Title-22, OSCHA is expected.
