Seeking experienced ICU RNs for per diem coverage on 12-hour day shifts. This role requires advanced critical care skills, independent clinical judgment, and the ability to manage complex, high-acuity patients.

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill adult patients

• Monitor and manage complex medical equipment and therapies (e.g., ventilators, drips, CRRT)

• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

• Document all care accurately and in real-time using the designated EMR

• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and ICU-specific protocols

• Active RN license (state-specific)

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

• BLS and ACLS (AHA) required

• CCRN preferred

• Strong critical thinking and time management skills
