Job Description

Join Allegheny Children’s Initiative as a Senior Clinician, providing essential home-based mental health services to families in Washington County. You'll develop tailored treatment plans, conduct assessments, and facilitate support for children and adolescents at risk of hospitalization. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive home-based therapeutic interventions and support services
  • Design and implement an Individualized Treatment and Crisis Plan
  • Conduct suicide assessments and create safety plans
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
  • Provide intensive family therapy, psychoeducation and support services
  • Coordinate families with formal services and natural supports
  • Complete all required documentation in the Electronic Health Record
  • Link consumers and families with aftercare providers

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field
  • Two years paid experience working with children/youth/adolescents
  • Valid Driver’s License and full-time use of a vehicle
  • Eligible for Act 33, 34 and FBI clearances
