Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients
Communicate with families, physicians, and health team members
Maintain documentation of services
Participate in facility meetings
Conduct in-service and training for staff
Perform high-quality treatment services
Provide individualized massage techniques
Create a friendly relationship with participants
Maintain clean and organized treatment room
Document all sessions performed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
Minimum of 600 hours completed in a massage therapy program
Active Massage Therapy License in Colorado
Minimum of one year experience as a massage therapist
Ability to understand medical terminology
Coordination and dexterity
Ability to communicate effectively
Strength and endurance for physical demands
Interest in geriatric rehabilitation
Computer proficiency
Maintain participant confidentiality
