Shift Schedule: Rotating | 12-hour AM–PM or PM–AM | 36 hrs/week
Pay Rate: $2,850/week
- $1,500/week stipend
- $37.50/hr W2 (36 hrs/week)

Role Overview

Join the Med-Surg Staffing Resource Team (SRT) at a leading healthcare facility in Lebanon, NH. This is a float pool role , where you’ll provide coverage across all Med-Surg units and support ED and PACU border patients. In addition, you may be assigned Deceased Patient Coordinator (DPC) responsibilities when needed.

Float Units Include

• 1 East
• 1 West
• 2 West
• 2 & 3 East
• 3 West
• 4 West
• 5 West
• ED
• PACU

Required Credentials:

• NH RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required)
• AHA BLS

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg RN experience
✅ Previous float experience highly preferred
✅ Must be comfortable with:

• Chest tubes
• Tubes and drains (post-surgical care)
• Drips (Diltiazem, Heparin, Lasix, Insulin, Amiodarone)
• Telemetry monitoring
• Tracheostomies & laryngectomies
• Complex wound management
• Central lines (care, maintenance, and blood draws)
