Key Responsibilities
Evaluates patients and conducts individualized treatment plans
Administers therapeutic exercises and physical agents
Educates patients and families on home exercise programs
Documents treatment in accordance with insurance guidelines
Participates in interdisciplinary communication regarding patient care
Supervises affiliated students and attends continuing education courses
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a B.S.
Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Windows-based programs
Preferred Qualifications
Basic keyboarding skills
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Reliable transportation for travel between multiple work sites
