As a General Manager, you'll lead your store and team to achieve high performance and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Oversee, coach, and develop all store Team Members
Manage overall store performance and meet Company standards
Lead the team to reach or exceed sales goals
Supervise office security and cash management
Ensure compliance with Company policies and local laws
Maintain a professional store atmosphere
Utilize personal vehicle for Company business
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, or customer service
Operations experience in a leadership capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
Background check required
Ability to meet physical demands of the position

Associate degree or higher
Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
