Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements quality improvement activities
Implements policies relevant to the operation of the department
Coordinates department’s activities with those of other departments
Compiles reports and special studies
Acts as a consultant to support services and ancillary departments
Lead staff members in the pharmacy by assigning work tasks, training, and scheduling
Precept pharmacy students and residents
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D or Bachelor of Pharmacy) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
Two years’ experience
Pharmacist, Registered - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
Pharmacist - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
Pharmacist - Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
Pharmacist - Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification within 90 days of employment
