Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer information securely
Utilize government websites and resources to deliver accurate information
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Proficient in commercial tax preparation software
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Ability to obtain required state licenses and permits
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for helping clients with taxation
Ability to interact professionally with customers through video and audio tools
