Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties including medical forms and evaluations
Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff
Maintain quality assurance programs for the nursing unit
Coordinate nursing services with other resident services
Make independent decisions as necessary
Interact tactfully with personnel, residents, and families
Required Qualifications
Current LPN license for the state of practice
2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
Post-secondary education
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
Capability to maintain regular attendance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in long-term care facilities
Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends
