Key Responsibilities
Developing Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Supporting daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Dispositioning non-conforming material with root cause analysis
Driving Continuous Improvement through process improvements
Providing real-time technical support to manufacturers
Tool/fixture development to improve ergonomics
Leading corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Less than 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills with fine attention to detail
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Hands-on mechanical aptitude
Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong organization skills for managing multiple tasks
Proven written and oral communication skills
Current DoD security clearance (secret)
Experience with automated tooling, machinery, and programming
Experience with Government Furnished Material (GFM) or Equipment (GFE)
