Job Description

Join Spectrum Business as an Enterprise Sales Representative, where you'll connect clients with innovative telecommunications solutions and drive their growth through relationship building and dedicated account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete paid sales training and exceed monthly quotas
  • Consult with clients to develop product solutions
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers
  • Field-based sales with travel to client locations
  • Identify target markets and qualify leads
  • Request site surveys to determine serviceability
  • Encourage client retention through coordinated efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networks and fiber connected networks
  • Effective relationship building, negotiation, closing and English communication skills
  • Ability to manage change and shifting priorities
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience selling telecommunications products
